Look360 LLC offers an SMS messaging program for clients who schedule appointments, submit forms, or contact us and explicitly opt in to receive text messages. 

Opt-in is collected through website forms that include a required SMS consent checkbox. 

Messages may include: 

  •  Appointment confirmations 

  •  Appointment reminders 

  •  Rescheduling updates 

  •  Customer support responses 

  •  Important service-related notifications 

We do NOT send promotional or marketing SMS without explicit consent.

2. Cancellation Instructions 

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. 

  •  Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe 

  •  You will receive a confirmation message 

  •  No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again 

  •  To rejoin, you must submit a new form and provide consent again

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rescheduling & Cancellations 

  •  Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance 

  •  Late cancellations or no-shows will result in losing your deposit

We do not guarantee identical results for every client.
